Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• No Refunds within 72 hours of Class Start Date.

• Credit Transfer is Allowed to Next Available Class or Services.

As stated on our website, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class start date.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the class start date may be transferred to a future training date, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Failure to attend class without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the scheduled training session and any associated fees. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or the official contact methods listed on our website.
