Nice Little Training Center provides educational training designed to help participants understand the knowledge and skills relevant to their selected program.

Training Does Not Equal Licensing

Completion of a Nice Little Training Center program does not itself constitute issuance of a professional license or government certification.

Participants must satisfy all applicable requirements established by the relevant governmental or regulatory authority.

RCFE Programs

Our RCFE-related programs are designed to provide educational preparation relating to Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly and applicable training requirements.

The website currently describes an 80-hour RCFE Administrator training program and a 12-hour RCFE-NHA pathway.

Requirements may change. Participants are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate California regulatory agency.

Examination

Participation in training does not guarantee examination eligibility beyond the requirements actually satisfied by the participant, nor does it guarantee passing an examination.

Regulatory Changes

Government regulations, licensing requirements, examination procedures, and continuing education requirements may change.

Nice Little Training Center is not responsible for changes made by governmental agencies after course materials or information have been prepared.

Individual Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for determining whether a particular training program meets their personal, professional, employment, licensing, or regulatory requirements.
