Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Important: I recommend the owner confirm the actual refund percentages/deadlines before publishing this page. I have intentionally not invented a refund amount or deadline that the current website does not state.

1. General Policy

Nice Little Training Center understands that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to provide reasonable guidelines for participants while allowing us to manage limited class sizes, instructors, materials, and scheduled training.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to:

info@nicelittletrainingcenter.com

The request should include:

• Participant's full name

• Program or session name

• Registration date

• Scheduled class/session date

• Reason for cancellation, if applicable

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

• The program purchased

• When the cancellation is requested

• Whether training has started

• Whether digital or physical materials have been provided

• Whether the registration is transferable

• Any specific terms presented at the time of purchase

Any program-specific refund terms displayed during registration will take precedence over this general policy.

4. Class Transfers

Where permitted, participants may request to transfer their registration to another available class.

Transfers are subject to:

• Availability

• Applicable deadlines

• Program-specific requirements

• Any applicable transfer fee

A transfer is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Nice Little Training Center.

5. Missed Classes

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or transfer.

Participants should contact Nice Little Training Center as soon as possible if they cannot attend.

6. Rescheduling by Nice Little Training Center

If Nice Little Training Center must reschedule or cancel a class, registered participants will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

Where applicable, participants may be offered:

• Transfer to another scheduled session

• Rescheduling

• Credit toward another eligible service

• Refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable terms

7. Digital Materials

Where digital course materials have already been delivered or made available, refund eligibility may be affected by the nature of the materials and applicable law.

8. Exam-Preparation Sessions

Individual tutoring or exam-preparation sessions may have separate cancellation requirements because appointments are reserved for specific dates and times.

The specific terms displayed during booking should be reviewed before payment.
