These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nice Little Training Center website and your participation in our training programs, tutoring sessions, courses, educational services, consulting, and related offerings.


By using our website or registering for a service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Our Services

Nice Little Training Center provides educational and professional training services, including programs relating to RCFE administration, continuing education, exam preparation, caregiver training, licensing guidance, and related services.


Our website currently describes live instructor-led training, live-streamed training, exam-preparation tutoring, and other educational offerings.


2. Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.


Registration is not complete until payment and any required registration information have been received and accepted by Nice Little Training Center.


3. Payments

Prices are displayed on the applicable registration or service page and may change without notice before registration.


Unless otherwise stated, payment is required according to the terms presented during registration.


The current website, for example, advertises a $28 fee for a 90-minute RCFE exam-preparation tutoring session.


4. Training Materials

Where included in a registration, training materials may be provided digitally.


The current website states that the registration cost for the 80-hour program includes a digital manual.


Training materials are provided for the registered participant's personal educational use.


You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit our proprietary training materials without written permission.


5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, course materials, videos, presentations, documents, and other materials provided by Nice Little Training Center are owned by or licensed to Nice Little Training Center unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.


6. Class Participation

Participants are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions

  • Follow instructor directions

  • Treat instructors and other participants respectfully

  • Avoid disruptive behavior

  • Avoid recording classes without authorization

  • Protect confidential information shared by other participants

Nice Little Training Center may remove a participant from a class for serious or repeated misconduct.


7. Attendance and Completion

Participants are responsible for meeting applicable attendance, participation, and completion requirements for their selected program.


Completion of a Nice Little Training Center course does not independently guarantee employment, licensing, certification, examination success, facility approval, or business success.


8. Third-Party Requirements

Certain training and certification pathways may be subject to requirements established by government agencies or other third parties.


Participants are responsible for reviewing the current requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.


9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with website security

  • Upload malicious code

  • Scrape or reproduce website content without authorization

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Use the website to commit fraud

10. Third-Party Services

  • Obtaining employment

  • Approval of a residential care facility

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nice Little Training Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.


Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.


13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.


Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
