Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy As stated on our website, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class start date. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the class start date may be transferred to a future training date, subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Failure to attend class without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the scheduled training session and any associated fees. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or the official contact methods listed on our website. Attendance and Tardiness Policy Attendance for the full duration of each training day is mandatory. • Any absence from a scheduled training day will require the student to complete a make-up session for that specific day. • Tardiness or leaving class early by more than fifteen (15) minutes will be considered an absence for that training day and will require a make-up session. Make-Up Session Policy Students who miss a training day, or who are tardy by more than fifteen (15) minutes, are required to complete a make-up session before receiving course completion documentation. • The fee for each make-up day is $100.00 per day. • Make-up sessions must be scheduled through Nice Little Training Center and are subject to instructor and class availability. • Students must complete all required make-up hours before a certificate of completion will be issued.
