Service Description

This course fulfills the Live course requirements towards the RCFE Administrator Certificate Renewal - In person. The topics covered include: (8) hours of Dementia, (4) hours of Hospice, (4) hours of Medication Management, (2) hours of Emergency Preparedness, and (2) hours of Cultural Competency & Sensitivity Awareness to the Senior LGBTQ Community. *The four required hours of Laws & Regulations are not included in this live course renewal and may be completed online at another approved vendor.
